Berilsia currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following standard shipping rates:

Orders under $59: $4.65 flat-rate standard shipping.

Orders of $59 or more: Free standard shipping.

The free shipping threshold is based on the eligible order amount after applicable discounts.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are submitted for fulfillment after they are successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within approximately two business days. However, processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, product, and fulfillment location.

Any delivery date or delivery time displayed or communicated to you is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control. TopDawg likewise states that listed shipping time frames are estimates and that it does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available after your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after a shipping label has been created.

TopDawg provides tracking information for dropship orders through its platform.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally be fulfilled separately. If this occurs, your order may arrive in more than one package and tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.

You will not be charged additional shipping by Berilsia solely because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

We will investigate the shipment and, where applicable, work with the fulfillment provider and shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

TopDawg states that lost orders can be investigated with the carrier and may result in either a refund or reshipment where applicable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not return any item without first receiving instructions from Berilsia.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or products ordered incorrectly by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or undelivered items are handled separately in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
