Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information.
Product packaging, appearance, or other non-material details may occasionally differ from the images displayed on the website.
All products are subject to availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for the amount paid for the unavailable merchandise.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on Berilsia are in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed for fulfillment.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for, except where required to correct an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order can be fulfilled.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or other circumstances preventing fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Shipping
Berilsia currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Standard shipping is $4.65 for orders under $59.
Eligible orders of $59 or more receive free standard shipping.
Shipping charges and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment location, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, and other circumstances.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

This policy does not exclude remedies that may apply to damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or undelivered merchandise, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, if you receive an incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please do not return any product without first receiving return instructions from Berilsia.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped as required, applicable refunds will be provided in accordance with applicable law and our policies. Federal FTC rules specifically require a full refund rather than store credit when merchandise cannot be shipped and the customer does not agree to a delay.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Invoices and order documentation are provided electronically.
Orders
